Superb job. Andrei was on time, on budget, and the finish was top notch. The project lasted 4 months, and was a complete refit involving steelwork, carpentry, electrics, plumbing, floors, plastering and fitting kitchen units. The team were very hardworking and helpful, we lived onsite throughout with a 2yr old and they ensured we could have the basics at all times and kept us informed. Andrei removed my bathroom and reinstalled it to a very high standard. My whole flat was refurbished which included painting and decorating, new light fittings, new consumer unit, new sockets, cutting doors, changing locks and lots of other finishing touches. 2 floor extension, re-work of bathroom and assorted infrastructure improvements. - I fully recommend AVH as a fantastic company to work with after they completed work for us in 2014. Their delivery and service levels surpassed my expectations. The standard of workmanship was excellent, they were unbelievably clean and tidy and I felt they wanted to go the extra mile throughout. Unusually for a building company, they were also very popular with our neighbours - always as quiet and considerate as possible. I was also pleased that they liaised with the council to get clearance and sign off in full taking this off my hands - many builders do not do this.
